Construction of Library Performance Evaluation System
摘要
Abstract
The construction of an evaluation index system which integrates recognition and maneuverability is not only necessary to guide practice, but also as a theoretical basis for reference. By referring large amounts of bib-liographies and by combining with his own work experience, the author applies the analytic hierarchy process to construct an evaluation system with input, output and benefit as the entry point. The establishment of the system can be used to evaluate the library performance, so as to provide data support for the improvement of their own shortcomings, and to direct the improvement of library service.关键词
