摘要

Abstract

The quality of ERP talents is the key element to the success of enterprise informationization; there-fore, it is one of the most important tasks for finance and economics colleges to foster applicative ERP talents who can meet the needs of enterprises. Based on investigation and study, this article shows a 3-echelon method to foster applicative ERP talents: "Fundamental-Applicative-Innovative". Moreover, the paper presents specific measures to achieve the goal, for instance, echelons in curriculum design, combination of getting certificates and 3-echelon training, ERP sand table simulation, and ERP tutorial system in undergraduates etc. Hopefully, this article could offer some operational advices for ERP talents training in colleges and universities.
