Study on the Coordinated Development Between Industrial Structure and Employment Structure in Fuzhou City---Based on an Analysis of Structural Deviation Degree
摘要
Abstract
Based on the analysis of industrial structure deviation index, this paper points out that the industrial structure and employment structure are uncoordinated in Fuzhou City; employment structure lags, the primary in-dustry has surplus labor that needs to be transferred out, the secondary industry has great potential to absorb labor in, in the third industry there already exists surplus labor and low labor productivity, and labor force within the third industry is facing the pressure to transfer into other industries. The paper points out the countermeasures for Fuzhou City: we should optimize the internal industrial structure and broaden the employment channels; we should first develop sectors in the third industry, which have significant linkage effect on the forward and backward indus-tries and on the employment; we should also adjust agricultural structure, and broaden internal employment in the first industry.关键词
