Abstract
With the continuous growth of economy and the rapid development of population in China, the tra-ditional inefficient management can no longer meet the urban planning and management of complex business logic and graphics, text, table intelligence-related information queries. Establishment of urban planning and management information systems is an indispensable social need to achieve standardized urban planning and management, in-formation technology and information services. In response to the actual demand for urban planning and manage-ment, this paper details the research and analysis of urban planning and management processes, through GIS tech-nology, the establishment of"wisdom regulation". This action is under the background of big data, in response to the integration of planning and unified resources, as well as the challenges in high performance of map data and high reliability access, and valid data associating with complex planning business. Therefore, the action provides decision-makers at all levels with planning information services and decision-making basis for the planning, effec-tively improving the planning and management.关键词
