Abstract
With improvements in size and strength, private enterprises gradually find their way to collectiviza-tion development. Therefore, traditional organization mode of management way cannot satisfy the needs of enter-prise collectivize management. By taking"D"as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of manage-ment and human resource management in D, introduces its industry characteristics, present situation and business development trend in the future, puts forward the strategy of the flexible human resources management, and sys-tematically presents the steps.关键词
