摘要
Abstract
Job embeddedness theory is operating a new way for managers to research the employee's occupa-tion behavior. The importance of job embeddedness has caused extensive research among theorists. According to the summary of the existing literature, we find that it focuses on the following three aspects: firstly, the influence at individual level; Secondly, the influence at organization level; thirdly, the influence at culture level. We point out some suggestions for the future research direction.关键词
