基于变权赋权法的农产品供应商优选研究
Research on Optimal Selection of Agricultural Product Suppliers Based on the Variable Weight
摘要
Abstract
This paper builds a supplier evaluation index system which contains 8 indices: delivery speed, preservation capacity, product cost, supplier power, supplier service level, product quality, supplier development potential and supplier information acquiring ability. With the variation coefficient method and the G1 method, the paper gives dynamic combination weight to the evaluation indices. By using comprehensive index method, we choose the optimal supplier, and then we build a comprehensive evaluating model for supplier. Finally, the paper proves the method effective through a case.关键词
