Research on the Sensitive Period of Teachers' Professional Development in Newly-Built Colleges---Taking Teaching Assistant System in Nanchang Institute of Technology as an Example

Abstract
Due to the popularization of higher education in China, lack of teachers in colleges, especially in newly-built ones has become a prominent problem which makes the teaching assistant system only an empty title. This paper introduces the basic situation and experience of teaching assistant system in Nanchang Institute of Technology, reveals the early stage of teachers' professional sensitive period, and meanwhile, analyzes the related issues in the implementation of assistant system and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.关键词
