摘要
Abstract
After studying the hyper-cycle system among the Rubber Research Institute, universities and indus-tries, this paper claims that the cooperation mode can enhance the creativity and stability of each other as well as a further development through energy aggregation and resource complementation. It finally proposes a strategy to construct this hyper-cycle system.关键词
