摘要
Abstract
The development of online detection technology of CNC machine tools provides a more efficient method for quality control of CNC machining process. In the process of Siemens CNC machine in 840D system, by using Renishaw OMP60 probe system, we detect online the workpiece and holder and other parts. Through the analysis and calculation of measured value and feedback, this paper achieves real-time monitoring and automatic compensation of positioning state and processing size of unprocessed workpiece, so as to greatly improve the effi-ciency of CNC machining and ensure the workpiece quality.关键词
