摘要

Abstract

In the era of the knowledge-driven economy, high and new technology enterprises, the main carrier of science and technology development, plays an important role in the country's economic development. As is known to all, innovative talents are a high and new technology enterprise key strategic resource. However, in cer-tain high and new technology enterprises, the incentive mechanism of innovative talents is not perfect. In this pa-per, from the perspective of process model, according to the characteristics of high and new technology enterprise innovative talents, we discuss the essential reason for problems in incentive mechanism, and build the effective in-centive mechanism. This article provides a new model and perspectives in the research in the field of human re-sources management, and has certain theoretical and application value.
