Abstract
With China's access to the WTO, project cost is closer to international standards day by day, and a growing amount of large quantity surveying offices in Hong Kong come to Mainland China and provide profes-sional services in the field of construction consultancy. In order to strengthen the cooperation between Mainland China and Hong Kong on project cost and build wholesome accounting system, firstly, we should clarify the rela-tionship and differences of bill account in Mainland China and in Hong Kong. On this basis this paper carries out a comparing analysis, and then puts forward some suggestions for the reform of bill account system in Mainland Chi-na.关键词
