摘要
Abstract
Information service is the key to Library and information institutions' survival, and the only way to achieve their own value. Thus, carrying out information service research is the eternal topic for library and infor-mation institutions. A full range of studies at home and abroad has been performed in terms of users' information requirements, and the content, service mode, method, technology and system construction concerning information service. The paper briefly states the academic achievements and research status, hoping to provide a reference for following studies.关键词
