Cautious Response to Crackdown on Intellectual Property Rights
摘要
Abstract
Recently, U.S. companies constantly cite the 75-year-old outdated trade law "section 337" to sup-press Chinese enterprises. Intellectual property litigation will replace the anti-dumping and becomes the main means of western countries against Chinese enterprises. In the internationalization of domestic enterprises, it is more and more dangerous to crack down on intellectual property in developed countries. Especially in foreign ex-hibitions, Chinese enterprises are facing a great risk of intellectual property rights, which requires us to deeply re-search and have a good knowledge of the policy of intellectual property protection in developed countries. This pa-per expounds the enforcement agencies and the procedure of intellectual property law in the United States, Ger-many, France, and analyzes the possible situation and corresponding countermeasures for domestic enterprises to participate in the exhibition.关键词
