Optimization of radar maintenance practice course based on sergeant technician’s working process
摘要
Abstract
To improve the teaching quality and effect of radar maintenance practice course, based on analysis of the sergeant cadets’features and the shortcomings existing in the present practice teaching, and from the perspective of improving teaching contents and modes, this article proposes to develop the teaching material based on the working process-oriented, set learning and practice circumstances based on typical working tasks, and adopt some teaching methods such as grouping, new and old equipment combined and so on, offering an effective approach to training sergeant technicians who are adapted to the post’s demand.关键词
