摘要
Abstract
To improve the operational effectiveness of equipment system, we bring forward the transceiver front-end technique for integration of radar/reconnaissance/jamming based on micro-assembly hybrid integrated design. Through optimization of the frequency conversion scheme and application of the double balanced mixer, the noise coefficient, dynamic range, isolation and other key indices are designed and analyzed, and the transceiver front-end has the characteristics of broadband, high sensitivity, low noise, large dynamic range, compact structure, high degree of integration, light weight and etc., by design and simulation of the amplitude equalizer of the key passive circuit and MEMS filter as well as a reasonable scheme of frequency division. These proposed techniques are already employed in a certain type of radar equipment, which can meet completely the demand of these three operational modes including the radar, reconnaissance and/or jamming, thus having a higher engineering use.关键词
