A Organizational Management Model for Collaborative Innovation of Normal University From the Perspective of Education and Training Industry
摘要
Abstract
The traditional orientation of a normal university is to educate and train teaching staffs .How to take collaborative innovation in normal university with weak research ability in science and engineering is a problem to be studied .An organi-zational management model for normal university is proposed in this paper .In the model,an industry-oriented education and a training center should be built based on the advantage education background of normal university .The education and a training center will be a platform for teachers to communicate with employees in industry .The more ideas they exchange ,the more possibility a collaborative innovation center will be built up concerning about common problems in industry .Finally,a solution example in Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University is given .关键词
