高职大学生夜磨牙症患病情况的调查分析

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the etiology and related factors of sleep bruxism in the vocational college students. Methods: 2 562 randomly selected college students were conducted with a questionnaire survey and oral examination. Office Excelland SPSS 13 software were used for data processing. Results: Average sleep bruxism incidence rate was 10.34%,of which 9.72%were in male students,and 10.93%were in female students. The difference was not significant(P>0.05). Temporomandibular joint disorders and tooth wear and tear were more common during oral examination among the bruxism students. Mental stress was the main influence factor. Conclusion: Vocational college students have high incidence of sleep bruxism,schools should pay more attention on the spiritual education and counseling psychology to the pupils.关键词
