Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the efficiency of inter maxillary fixation screw and titanium plates in the treatment of jaw fractures. Methods: 61 cases with jaw fractures were treated and retrospectively reviewed. Observations included the classification of fractures, occlusion relationship recovery condition, healing conditions of the fracture site, and accessory injuries. Results:All the patients healed well, of which 49 cases (80.33%) healed in class I, 12 cases (19.67%) healed in class II. No complications were observed. Conclusion:The inter maxillary traction screw with titanium plate osteosynthesis is an effective way in the treatment of jaw fracture.关键词
