摘要

Abstract

AMD3100, trade name Plerixafor, is one of mobilization agents used for hemopoietic stem cell transplantation. Due to its specific pharmacological effects of blocking the SDF-1/CXCR4 biological axis, AMD3100 can mobilize hematopoietic stem cells (HSC), endothelial progenitor cells (EPC), and mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) from bone marrow. More and more researches trying to use AMD3100 to accelerate bone regeneration. In this review we focus on the relevant researches that applying AMD3100 to accelerate bone regeneration.
