摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical value of anterolateral thigh (ALT ) flap in the individualized reconstruction of tongue defects. Methods: 50 patients with tongue carcinoma, after excision of the primary tumor, ALT flaps were used to restore the tongue defect. Recovery of tongue functions were assessed. Results:The tongue moved well and the swallow and speech function of patients with satisfaction. Conclusion: ALT flap operation is relatively simple and recovery of tongue functions are almost completely.关键词
