Abstract
Standardized residents training is an important part of medical student education after graduation, also one of the most important measures to transform the old residency training mode. Our present work was focused on endodontics, which is one of the important subjects for standardized training. According to the content of standardized training, our de-partment gradually formed a set of theories combined with practice in stages of progressive training and achieved the goals of standardized training through an appraisal system.关键词
