“创新生态”视角下中小企业问题探析--日本的启示
The SMEs Studies under the View of Innovation Ecosystem：The Case of Japan

Abstract
At the beginning of the 21st century, the appearance of "Innovation Ecosystem" concept shifts and deepens the paradigm of innovation research. SMEs become the core of the analysis framework on "Innovation Ecosystem". This paper first briefly discusses the formation and development of "Innovation Ecosystem", and then studies the SMEs in Japan as a breakthrough, mainly from the risk investment, industrial structure and government policy, the three aspects, to discuss the structural and institutional defects of innovation ecosystem in Japan. Finally, this paper aims at providing an appropriate analysis and interpretation for Japan's development from the "catching up" to the "lost decades" in the end of 20th century. Hope this work may give some inspirations and references to China in the transition periods of "innovation-driven".关键词
