Design and Research of Shandong Provincial Monitoring System about Innovation Ability of Science and Technology
摘要
Abstract
The innovation ability of science and technology in region is the guarantee to improve the effectiveness of investment in science and technology from the local government, to optimize the resources allocation of science and technology, and to realize the coordinated development of the science and technology, economy and society. The monitoring of innovation ability about science and technology is support to monitor dynamically innovation activity of science and technology, and reflect the status of science and technology to promote economic development. In this paper, science and technology innovation capacity monitoring index system is designed for Shandong province, combined with the development of science and technology innovation ability. The monitoring index system starts from the constituent elements of scientific and technological innovation, based on principles of scientific, continuity and operability. The countermeasures and suggestion is putted forward to ensuring the monitoring work in science and technology innovation ability, and improving the ability of innovation of science and technology.关键词
