摘要

Abstract

Based on the comprehensive analysis of the 1221 questionnaires which were gained from more than 100 enterprises, this paper analyzed the impacts of demographic variable on knowledge worker’s innovation behavior. It was found that gender, age and position had an obvious effect on innovation behavior. And education had a significant correlation with innovation idea’s generation of innovation behavior. Based on the empirical conclusion, the management suggestions were put forward from the perspective of enterprises in this thesis.
