肝脏是胃癌主要远处转移部位，肝转移是导致胃癌患者死亡的主要原因之一。胃癌肝转移（GCLM）患者的临床特征和病理特征存在个体差异性，治疗效果差，治疗方法的选择存在一定争议。复习相关文献，对GCLM治疗的现状及研究进展进行综述。
