两种硫辛酸对映体对胚胎体外发育的影响
Effects of two kinds of lipoic acid enantiomers on early embryo development in vitro

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of (R)-and (S)-lipoic acid on early embryonic development. Methods The thawed and recoveried embryos of cleavage stage were cultured into GⅡmedium droplets, con-taining different density of (R)-and (S)-lipoic acid, then compared the morulaes rate, densification rate and blastocysts rate between two group in vitro. Results Lipoic acid could increase developmental rate of embryo in vitro. Morulaes, densification, blastocysts and high quality blastocysts rate of 10 × 10-9 mol/m3 (R)-lipoic acid treated group were 59.2%, 55.1%, 49.0%and 54.2%, respectively, which were all higher than those in the other tested groups (P<0.01). The effect of (R)-and (S)-lipoic acid would weakened following the increased concentration. Conclusion Lipoic acid has a promoting effect on the development of embryos in vitro, espe-cially the effects on embryo morulaes and blastocysts rate, among them the (R)-lipoic acid 10 × 10-9 mol/m3 group is the most efficient one.关键词
