排石汤对胆总管结石患者经内镜逆行性胰胆管造影术后胆汁成分的影响
Effect of Paishi decoction on the bile compositions of patient with common bile duct calculi post-ERCP

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of Paishi decoction on the bile compositions of patient with com-mon bile duct calculi post-endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). Methods Seventy-four patients with common bile duct calculi were randomly assigned to the control group and the experimental group. The control group underwent the ERCP, and the experimental group took the traditional Chinese medi-cine days post-ERCP. The bile drained from endoscopic nasobiliary drainage during the first day and the fifth days post-ERCP were examined to analyze the leveltotal bile acids, total cholesterol, direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin,calcium ion and mucin. Results The level of the total bile acids increased, and the level of the total cholesterol, indirect bilirubin and calcium ion decreased for all patients on fifth day post-ERCP,showing sta-tistically significant difference when compared with that on the first day post-ERCP (P≤0.05), the level of di-rect bilirubin and mucin significantly decreasedin the experiment group (P≤0.05), but no significant dif-ference in the control group(P>0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in the level of total Chi-nese medicine symptoms changed in the experimental group comparing with the control group (P ≤ 0.05). Conclusion Paishi decoction could partly improve pathologic compositions of bile in patient with common bile duct calculi after taking it a short time post-ERCP and improve the environment of the biliary tract, hav-ing therapeutic effect on removing residual stone and certainly preventive and therapeutic effects on bile duct calculus.关键词
