摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the precise rate of knee ligament injury by arthroscopy and MRI examination to e-valuate the clinical effect.Methods 52 cases of knee ligament injury were selected.MRI diagnostic techniques was used to inspect these cases before surgery and arthroscopy,and then arthroscopic examination or surgery 7d ~6 months after the inspection,the results of two diagnostic were compared.Results Comparison results of MRI diag-nosis technology and arthroscopic surgery was as follow:the extent of damage consistent rate:anterior cruciate liga-ment (ACL)was 93.5%,posterior cruciate ligament (PCL)was 100%,the lateral collateral ligament (LCL)was 90.6%,medial collateral ligament (MCL)was 88.5%,compliance rate of comparison arthroscopic diagnosis and surgery was 93.1%.Conclusions Knee joint ligament injury diagnostic test using MRI diagnostic technology,has advantages of high precision,non-invasive,safe,convenient,satisfactory clinical effect.关键词
