摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of locking proximal humerus plate ( LPHP) in the treatment of proxi-mal humeral fracture. Methods All patients underwent the anterior shoulder 7-shaped incision, and LPHP was used to treat the 36 cases of proximal humeral fracture, and part of them were implanted bone allograft. Results All pa-tients were followed up for 6~18 months. Fracture healed in all patients. None of the screw loosening, fracture and humeral head necrosis happened. According to Neer classification, the results were excellent in 8 cases, good in 20, and fair in 8. The excellent and good rate was 78%. Conclusions LPHP for treatment of proximal humeral fractures have characteristics of relatively firm, fewer complications, satisfactory curative effect.关键词
