Abstract
Objective To retrospective study application of bipolar femoral prosthesis replacement therapy in patients with elderly intertrochanteric comminuted fracture clinical curative effect, and to provide basis of reasonable choice for clinical treatment. Methods Cemented bipolar femoral head replacement with long stem was used in treatment of 31 cases of intertrochanteric comminuted fracture. Results The operation time was 63 ~98 min. Amount of bleeding was 380~700 ml. All patients got postoperative incision healing, no deep infection, no lower limb blood clots or bedsore were found. All of the patients had been followed up for 12 ~24 months. All patients were evaluated with postoperative 12 months hip function Harris grading, including:excellent in 9 cases, good in 19, fair in 3, and the excellent and good rate was 90%. Conclusions Artificial bipolar femoral prosthesis replacement therapy is effective in patients with elderly intertrochanteric comminuted fracture. Limb can allow early weight, postoperative hip function recovers well and the incidence of complications is reduced. It is a kind of good treatment way.关键词
