Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of double Endobutton plate for the treatment of complete acro-mioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods 15 patients with complete acromioclavicular joint dislocation were fixed with double Endobutton plate. The therapeutic effects were evaluated by Karlsson criteria. Results The wound of all patients was healed at primary stage with no infection. All the cases were followed up for 6~20 months. According to the Karlsson evaluation criteria, 12 patients obtained an excellent result, 3 cases were fair three months after surgery. The symptoms of joint instability disappeared, and the shoulder joint activity of all patients were improved significant-ly compared to the preoperative. There was no dislocation or other complications after the operation. Conclusions Double Endobutton plate is to be a new method for the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation,which has the advantages of reliable fixation,early functional rehabilitation and prevents secondary surgery.关键词
