全髋关节置换合并转子下短缩截骨治疗 Crowe Ⅳ型成人髋关节发育不良的近期疗效OACSTPCD
The short-term efficacy of total hip arthroplasty with subtrochanteric shortening osteotomy for treatment of Crowe Ⅳ developmental dysplasia of hip in adults
目的：探讨全髋关节置换术(THA)合并转子下短缩截骨治疗 Crowe Ⅳ型成人髋关节发育不良(DDH)的临床疗效。方法对20例 Crowe Ⅳ型 DDH 患者(24髋)行 THA 伴转子下横行短缩截骨术。观察患者手术前后肢体长度变化、Harris 髋关节评分以及术后并发症、髋关节影像学表现。结果所有患者均获随访,时间12~30个月。手术切口均Ⅰ期愈合,无感染,无坐骨神经损伤及深静脉血栓的临床表现。1例出现术后截骨端的延迟愈合,行Ⅱ期自体髂骨植骨术…查看全部>>
