摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of ulna angular lengthening osteotomy with plate fixation for old Monteggia fracture in children. Methods 12 cases of old Monteggia fracture were recruited, the course of time from injury was 45 days ~ 18 months. All cases were undergone ulna angular lengthening osteotomy with plate fixation. Results All cases were followed up for 10 ~ 18 months. According to the Mackay standard, the results were excellent in 11 cases, good in 1. Conclusions Ulna angular lengthening osteotomy in the treatment of old Monteggia fracture is effective for ulna deformity correction without reconstruction of annular ligament, humeroradial joint relations can be restored to normal, which improve joint function.关键词
