股前外侧皮瓣在四肢软组织缺损中的临床应用
The clinical application of anterolateral thigh flap in treating the soft tissues defects and damge of extremities

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of anterolateral thigh flap in treating the soft tissues defects and damage of extremities. Methods 30 cases of soft tissues defects and damage of extremities were treated with the repair of anterolateral thigh flap. The defect size of wound surface ranged from 5 cm × 7 cm to 15 cm × 29 cm. All of the cases suffered a deep tissue exposure on the wound surface. The area of incised flap ranged from 6 cm × 8 cm to 16 cm × 30 cm. Results 29 flaps survived with only one flap necrosis, but this case survived after abdominal flap repair. All of the cases were followed up from 6 to 36 months, the appearance, feeling and functions of all the limbs were optimal. Conclusions Anterolateral thigh flap features large incision area, rich vascular circulation, covert lo-cation and long vascular pedicle without main vascular damage, which is ideal for repair of extremity skin defect.关键词
