摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of tibial distal anterolateral locking plate for the treat-ment of distal tibial fracture.Methods It was used with tibial distal anterolateral locking plate of minimally invasive surgery reduction and fixation to treat 120 cases of distal tibial fracture.Results All cases were followed up for 6 ~23 (13.5 ±2.7)months.All fractures were healed.According to Johner-Wruhs method evaluation function:ex-cecllent in 75 cases,good in 38,fair in 5,poor in 2,the excellent-good rate was 94.17%.Conclusions Applica-tion of tibial distal anterolateral locking plate of minimally invasive surgical treatment of distal tibial fractures can ob-tain satisfactory clinical effect.关键词
