摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of treatment of distal radius fractures with external fixation. Methods A total of 32 patients with distal radius fractures were treated by external fixation.According to AO classi-fication,3 fractures were A3,5 of B1,7 of B2,4 of B3,6 of C1,5 of C2,2 of C3.Results All cases were fol-lowed up for 3 ~14 months.All fractures got anatomical reduction by operation.According to Gartland-Werley sco-ring system,24 patients were rated as excellent,5 good,3 fair.The rate of excellent and good was 90.6%.No cases of pin tract infection,neural and vascular injury was found.3 cases had wrist joint stiffness,all cases were relieved by active function training.Conclusions The application of external fixation has advantages of effective fixation and fewer complications,it is one of the idea choices to treat distal radius fractures.关键词
