应用里氏木霉发酵制备纤维素酶固体曲的研究
Study on the Fermentation of Cellulase Solid Koji by Using Trichoderma reesei

Abstract
The cellulase solid koji was fermented by using high yielding strain Trichoderma reesei 150-1-1 screened in our laboratory. Solid koji and crude enzyme with high cellulase activities were obtained by optimizing the medium components and fermentation conditions of solid fermentation. The results showed that the cellulase activities of solid koji reached 423. 6 U/g under the optimal conditions where the fermentation material was 10 g,the ratio of straw powder to wheat bran was 4:1,the ratio of materials to water was 1:2. 5,the fermentation reaction temperature was 31℃,the reaction time was 120 h,and the original pH was 5. 5.关键词
