Bcl-xL、Livin在牙源性角化囊性瘤组织中的表达及意义
Expression of Bcl-xL,Livin in keratocystic odontogenic tumor and the clinical significance

Abstract
Objective:To study the expression of two apoptosis inhibtors:Bcl-xL and Livin in keratocystic odontogenic tumor and the clinical significance. Method:The cases comprised 32 keratocystic odontogenic tumors (KCOT)、30 unicystic ameloblastomas (UA)、30 dentigerous cysts (DC). The expression of Bcl-xL and Livin were evaluated by the immunohisto-chemical techniques. Result:The positive rates for the expression of Bcl-xL in KCOT、UA、DC were 84.38 %、90.00 %、36.67 %.The positive rates for the expression of Livin in KCOT、UA、DC were 59.38 %、66.67 %、20.00 %. Bcl-xL has a positive expressional correlation with Livin in KCOT. Conclusion:Bcl-xL and Livin might be involved in the pathogenesis and progress of KCOT,and possibly cooperate in the biological mechanisms of KCOT.关键词
