表面处理及不同水门汀材料对纤维桩粘固性能影响的研究
The effect of surface treatment and luting cements on the bond properties between root canal dentine and fiber post

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effects of hydrofluoric acid etching and sandblasting surface treatment on the bond strengths of root canal dentine and fiber post luted with four different cements(Fuji I(FUI)、Fuji Cem(FUC)、RelyX Unicem (RXU)、RelyX ARC (RXA)). Method:A total of 80 freshly extrated sound single-root-canal premolars were ran-domly divided into 2 groups according to different surface treatments of fiber posts. Then each group was divided into 4 subgroups according to different luting cements used. After root canal treatment and post space preparation,four different cements were used respectively to bond fiber posts with 1.9 mm in diameter. The micromorphology of the adhesive layers and the post surfaces were observed with scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The pull out tests were performed with a uni-versal testing machine. Result:In the control group,RXA group achieved the highest bond strength,followed by RXU、FUC、FUI group,significant differences were observed in all group (P <0.05). After surface treatments,a significant increase in bond strengths was observed in all subgroups (P <0.05). SEM indicated that post surface roughness and the dimension of fiber exposure increased significantly. A more intense bonding interface was also achieved in all four subgroups after treat-ments. Conclusion:Combination of hydrofluoric acid etching and sandblasting post surface treatment may improve the bond strength of fiber posts with different luting cements.关键词
