X线牙片固定定位夹的设计及临床应用
Design and clinical application of an intraoral film holder
摘要
Abstract
Objective:A self-made intraoral film holder with positioning function was introduced and its imaging quality was evaluated. Method:1034 patients were divided into two groups randomly. One group with 508 patients was checked intraoral radiographic film with the film holder(holder group),the other group with 526 patients was checked intrao-ral radiographic film conventionally (conventional group),and 1154 films were evaluated. Result:The imaging quality of holder group (rate of grade A=83.2%,rate of grade B=16.3%,rate of grade C=0.5%) was superior to conventional group (rate of grade A=54.1%,rate of grade B=36.5%,rate of grade C=9.4%)with statistical significance (P<0.001). Conclu-sion:The imaging quality of intraoral radiographic film was improved by the film holder.关键词
