摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the effects on adjacent teeth of traditional two-section method and reformative two-section method in removal of impacted mandibular third molars , To evaluate the superiority of the reformative two-section method. Method:120 impacted mandibular third molars to be selected were randomly assigned to two treatment groups :one group(control group) received traditional two-section method,while the other(test group) received reformative two-section method. Then both the duration of the extraction and complications (pain of 24 h postoperative. swelling.) were observed and compared. Result:The data showed that duration of extraction of the test group was shorter than the control group. The occurence of 24 h postoperative pain had statistical difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion:Compared with traditional two-section method,reformative two-section efficiently reduce the incidence of postoperational reaction,It is recommendable in clinical practice.关键词
