羟基磷灰石-凝胶支架复合成骨细胞修复兔颅骨缺损的影像学评价
Imaging evaluation of repairing rabbit skull defect with hydroxyapatite/geltin scaffolds
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the ability of HAP-GEL/osteoblasts scaffolds to repair cranial bone defect. Method:HAP-GEL and osteoblasts were co-culture.The rabbits cranial parietal bone defect models were prepared.Respec-tively HAP-GEL/osteoblasts scaffolds and HAP-GEL scaffolds were implanted into the cranial bone defects area. After 12 weeks,the result was evaluated by gross inspection and imaging evaluation. Result:Blank defects were significantly ridiolu-cent area in the imaging of 12 weeks,HAP-GEL/osteoblasts and HAP-GEL scaffolds were low density area. Conclusion:The engineering bone constructed by HAP-GEL scaffolds and osteoblasts scaffold can be applied to the repair of bone defect in rabbit.关键词
