4种瓷熔附金属修复体对磁共振成像伪影的初步研究
Artifacts from four alloys of porcelain-fused-to-metal crown in magnetic resonance imaging

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the range of artifacts generated by four metal alloys. Method:Get the preparation anhydrite model of low right second premolar.Porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) crown were made from Nickel-chrome (Ni-Cr),Cobalt-chrome (Co-Cr),Silver-palladium (Ag-Pd),gold alloys,3 samples for each one.The samples were subjected to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination.The areas of MRI artifacts were measured and SPSS16.0 statistic software was employed for analysis. Result:The GRE sequences made the largest range of artifacts,lower in SE sequences,lowest in TSE sequences.The areas of artifacts is lower from Ni-Cr,Co-Cr to Ag-Pd follow to gold alloys.The border of PFM of Ni-Cr, Co-Cr and Ag-Pd were found a hyperintense girdle band,however no distortion in gold alloys. Conclusion:The areas of artifacts from Ni-Cr and Co-Cr alloys is conspicuous.Use noble metal restorations and TSE sequences can minimize the metal artifacts maximatily.关键词
