种植体天然牙联合支持固定桥修复短期临床评价
A short-term clinical assessment of implant-tooth supported fixed partial denture (FPD)

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of implant-tooth supported fixed partial denture. Method: From January 2008 to January 2013,35 patients with implant-tooth supported fixed partial denture were followed up for 6~66 months.Peri-implant bone absorption was measured by X-ray and clinical evaluation was performed,then cumulative sur-vival rate was calculated by life-table analysis. Result:There was (0.22±0.12)mm in annual crestal bone loss and the effi-ciency of implant-tooth supported fixed partial denture over 5 years was 94.3 %,the implant cumulative survival rate was 94.5%. Conclusion:Implant-tooth supported fixed partial denture which may be successfully used in dentition defect is vi-able,whereas the long-term effects need further research.关键词
