摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the risk and risk factors of Sj?gren Syndrome developing to malignancy. Method:A case of Sj?gren Syndrome accompanied with mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the right parotid gland was retrospected ,the fea-tures of clinical and pathological combining with literature review were analyzed. Result:Sj?gren Syndrome patients have a greater risk of developing malignancy. Conclusion:Mass,swelling and pain over and over again in parotid gland,and en-largement of the lymph node are higher risk factors of Sj?gren Syndrome developing to malignancy.关键词
