正畸扭转力对成人牙髓中IL－8活性影响的研究
The study of the effect that orthodontic torsional force affected the quantity changes of IL-8 in adult dental pulp
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To value the effects that orthodontic torsional force affects adult dental pulp's health status by observe the quantity changes of IL-8 in the dental pulp,and to realize that how orthodontic torsional force affects the or-thodontic tooth in order to improve the level of clinical orthodontic therapy. Method:Fifty six cases that four first premolar designed to be extracted were randomly selected from the orthodontic clinical patients. According to the value of the or-thodontic torsional force on upper jaw first premolar,all cases were divided into four ounce group,six ounce group and eight ounce group. The first premolar of the experimental patients was stressed by different orthodontic torsional force and then was extracted when the force had been activated for 1 weeks,2 weeks,3 weeks and 4 weeks.The first premolar in the control group was extracted respectively.The quantity of IL-8 from the dental pulp in different groups were detected by ELISA methods. Result:The multiple comparisons of IL-8 activity among four ounce group (αgroup),six ounce group (βgroup) and eight ounce group (γgroup)are different.The multiple comparisons of IL-8 activity among the first week group ,second week group,third week group and fourth week group are different. Conclusion:From adult compare results of IL-8 activity, we could saw that in correcting adult torsional teeth whether continuous torsion force would cause damage to the dental pulp activity, the key was to see the dental pulp status which continued torsion force loaded for 1-2 weeks in the tooth.The tor-sional force needed less than 8 ounces.关键词
