口腔扁平苔藓损害组织中树突状细胞亚群数量和比例
A pilot study on dendritic cells' subsets in oral lichen planus lesions

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate dendritic cells'(DC) subsets in oral lichen planus(OLP) lesion so as to under-stand an immunological mechanism of oral lichen planus. Method:The buccal mucosa from healthy donors (HC group), erosive OLP(E-OLP group) and reticular OLP(R-OLP group) were collected and performed with Flow Cytometry technique and immunohistological method. 3 DC subsets (CD1a+CD11cint/lo CD207+MHC II+Langerhans cells,CD11c+MHC II+con-ventional DC,CD11cint/lo CD123+MHC II+plasmacytoid DC) and the CD8+CTL subset were gated in FCM. Result:23 cases were collected totally,in which HC group 5 cases,E-OLP group 7 cases and R-OLP group 11 cases. A Bartlett test was performed which showed a significant difference among variances,so that a non-parametric test (Kruskal-Wallis test) was taken for statistical analysis. The median percentage (as for a non-parametric test) of LC was 0.092 %(HC),0.564 %(E-OLP) and 0.541 %(R-OLP). It showed no statistical difference among 3 groups;The median percentage of cDC was 0.311%(HC),0.996 %(E-OLP) and 0.448 %(R-OLP),which showed a statistical difference between HC group and E-OLP group (P <0.05);The median percentage of pDC was 0.090 %(HC),3.490 %(E-OLP) and 2.010 %(R-OLP). Both of 2 OLP groups differed significantly with the HC group(P<0.05). The CD8+CTL subset(median percentage HC-0.126 %,E-OLP-4.210 % and R-OLP-1.850 %) had a same result as the pDC subset. Conclusion:In oral lichen planus leisons,DC subsets showed an increased infiltration that may correlate with OLP's immunological pathogenesis.关键词
