杆卡附着体下颌种植覆盖义齿牙槽骨的三维光弹应力分析
Three-dimensional photoelastic analysis of edentulous alveolar bone supported with bar-clip retained mandibular implant-supported overdentures
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study stress distribution of mandible under implant-retained overdenture with bar-clip at-tachment. Method:Photoelastic models of epoxy were fabricated .Force was applied in conditions of centric , lateral and protrusive occlusion. Stress distribution of mandible was studied with three-dimensional photoelastic analysis. Result:In these three occlusions stress was concentrated around the cervical and apical alveolar of implants ,and the stress around the apical part was higher. Moreover maximum stress of residual alveolar ridge was observed on the molar area. In lateral occlu-sion the stress was focused on the buccal alveolar for working side and on the lingual side for balanced side. In protrusive occlusion the stress was focused on the lingual side of middle incisor and molars ,but the buccal side of lateral incisor. Conclusion:It is not benefit for the implant of implant-retained overdenture with bar-clip attachment that stress was fo-cused around the cervical and apical alveolar of implants in centric,lateral and protrusive occlusion. For disperse bite force, we should increase implants ,extend denture base and arrange artificial teeth according balanced occlusion theory.关键词
