Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the short-term effect of Anthogyr implants in the immediate implantation for poste-rior teeth. Method:A total of 103 sites of 67 patients who underwent an immediate implantation for posterior teeth from January,2013 to November,2014 were summarized. The patients were all implanted with Anthogyr implants immediately after minimally invasive extractions and the GBR technology was performed on 67 implants during the corresponding period. After 3~6 months,according to the clinical and radiographic results,a two-stage operation and repairment on the upper part were performed. All the patients were followed up for 6~15 months(with an average of 9 months). Result:a total of 103 im-plants were implanted,in which 101 implants had a good osseointegration. No significant complication was found during the follow-up period. The absorption level of alveolar bone one year after the implantation was loaded was <1mm. Because two implants in 1 diabetic patient fell off 20 weeks after the implantation,the success rate was 98.06 %(101/103). Conclu-sion:Anthogyr implants can have a good osseointegration after immediate implantation for posterior teeth. At the same time, it can shorten the tooth loss time and slow the resorption of the alveolar crest at the same time. The satisfaction degree of pa-tients is higher,however,the indications for immediate implantation must be strictly controlled.关键词
